Herbal Resources retails the Metabolife International product line. Our
solution included a complete e-commerce package allowing customers to place credit
card orders online over a secure server. Also included was the option to complete
a mail/fax order form and print it out. This solved previous problems of difficult to
read handwriting and/or poor quality faxes.
Intratours is a travel consolidator. They were in desperate need of a simpler way of
changing the airfare prices shown on the web site. Previously they would have to provide
their current web designer with all the new prices and he would update the page. This was
a slow and costly process as there are hundreds of prices. We developed a database driven
system where the owner himself could change the prices without knowing any HTML. Our review
of the site found it to be slow, poorly worded, and inefficiently coded. To the great satisfaction
of the owner, we proposed many changes and are currently in the process of redesigning the entire site.
Changes will include an entirely new look, online ordering and information requests, and a plethora of
utilities for tracking the way customers use the site. Please note that aside from the database, none of
